Adrienne Acevedo-Lovette

Producer | Assistant Director

Adrienne Lovette is an award-winning New York-based director, producer, writer, and actor. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised in the states. She is the founder of The Garage Productions, which has created several award-winning films and web series, all of which showcase diversity, the LGBT community, and differently-abled people. Adrienne is a self-made filmmaker driven and inspired by stories that reveal the inner workings of the human condition. Most recently, Adrienne was a winner for the SUNDANCE collab film challenge in 2020, for her film Little Bean, and has been named “Women Directing Mentorship Semifinalist” through Series Fest sponsored by Shonda Rhimes company Shondaland. Adrienne has gone on to produce several award-winning independent feature films focused on the LGBTQ+ community, and direct, write and produce several award-winning short films, web series, and music videos. Her work can be seen on platforms such as Amazon Prime and DirecTV. Currently, Adrienne is in post-production for her mystery drama feature film, which she directed, co-wrote, produced, and acted in called I'M OKAY, WE'RE OKAY.
